1. SlideSignal
SlideSignal is a Mac app for finding slideshow inspiration, creating an editable version, and publishing to connected social channels. The service is operated by Damian Witkowski, Rüttenscheider Str. 323, 45131 Essen, Germany.
The current app is intended for Apple silicon Macs running macOS 14 or later. A paired phone may be used on the same Wi-Fi; the Mac app must remain on while the phone controls or edits the workspace.
2. One-person lifetime license
A paid direct purchase grants one person a personal, non-transferable license to use the current SlideSignal Mac app on up to two Macs. The license requires online activation and periodic validation; an issued offline authorization lasts up to seven days. The license is for the purchaser’s own use and does not authorize resale, sublicensing, sharing of access, or use on more Macs than the license allows.
The license includes the features described for SlideSignal at the time of purchase, including discovery, editable slideshow creation, supported Mac and paired-phone workflows, and publishing to supported TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube destinations. The license includes future updates to those included features during the useful life of the product. This license does not promise perpetual availability of SlideSignal or any third-party service. A feature that is separately described as an additional paid service is outside this license.
Social networks, operating systems, browser sessions, and third-party APIs can change or restrict access. We cannot promise that a third-party platform will continue to accept every format or connection.
3. Orders and payment
For a direct purchase, Dodo Payments is the direct-sale merchant of record and its checkout and order terms apply to the transaction. See the Dodo Payments Buyer Terms.
The one-time app purchase does not include charges from AI providers, social platforms, mobile carriers, or other services you choose. You bring your own supported AI provider key and pay that provider under its pricing and terms.
If you bought SlideSignal through AppSumo, the offer and checkout terms presented by AppSumo govern that purchase, including any refund process.
4. Consumer rights and withdrawal
Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights. For consumers in the European Union, a 14-day withdrawal period generally applies to distance contracts, subject to statutory exceptions and conditions.
For digital content supplied immediately, the withdrawal right is lost only where the legal requirements are met, including the consumer’s express request for early performance, acknowledgment that the right will be lost, and the required confirmation of the contract. The checkout and order documents determine which seller, delivery, and withdrawal terms apply to a particular purchase.
For direct order questions, contact d.witko@icloud.com with the checkout email and order details. We will help route the request to the responsible seller.
5. Use and support
You are responsible for your content, your social accounts, your API keys, and complying with the rules of the platforms where you publish. Do not use SlideSignal to infringe rights, deceive people, distribute unlawful content, or bypass platform security.
We provide reasonable support for installation, licensing, supported API setup, and the described workflow. Support does not include third-party account recovery, social-platform approval, or AI provider troubleshooting outside the information available to us.
Mandatory statutory warranty and liability rights remain unaffected. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits rights that consumers have under applicable law.
6. Contact and changes
Questions about these terms: d.witko@icloud.com. We may update these terms for future purchases or use when the service changes. The applicable version is the one presented at the relevant order or otherwise made available to you.
