Installation

SlideSignal runs on Apple silicon Macs with macOS 14 or later. Tell us your macOS version and what happened when you opened the app.

License and orders

We can help with activation, order status, cancellation, or refund questions. Include the email used at checkout and an order reference if you have one.

API and publishing

Ask about your chosen AI provider, phone pairing, or supported TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube workflows. Tell us which step is failing.

Before you write

  • Use a short subject such as “Installation”, “License”, or “Publishing”.
  • Describe the Mac model, macOS version, and app version when relevant.
  • Share the exact error text without including private keys, passwords, or tokens.
  • For an order, use the same email address used at checkout so the seller can locate the record.
